We are a manufacturer of semiconductor equipment and have been delivering products to

It is made by drilling a hole in the molybdenum section of a thin circular bar model.

We drill a hole by wire processing, and the wire itself does not drill a hole,

but it makes a spark by passing an electric current.

If you look at the picture below, you can see that the tip has turned black.

The blackened part is the starting point of the hole, and after drilling only to the position on the drawing,

the molybdenum pin is finished by cutting it to the right size for the drawing.

It seems simple, but it's important to work with precision.

If you look at the cross section of the completed molybdenum pin, you can see a hole in the center of the thin circle.
